Following the England Cricket Board, BCB signed the first white and red ball contract with the cricketers.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has included seventeen players in the central contract.  Mushfiqur Rahim, Tamim Iqbal, Mahmudullah Riyadh and Soumya Sarkar at the highest pay levels. Mushfiqur Rahim and Tamim Iqbal are in the two category as 'red ball' and 'white ball' in this A+ category.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has brought innovation in addition to increasing the salary of the players in the new central contract of BCB. 

Highest paid Bangladeshi cricketer.

In this salary structure, Tamim Iqbal is the highest paid Bangladeshi cricketer.He will get Tk 6 lakh 30 thousand . Earlier, the salary was Tk 4 lakh a month. 

Mushfiqur Rahim is also in this A+ category in both contracts. So he will get Tk 6 lakh from his salary. He will get an additional Tk 20,000 for playing more matches. That is, Mushfiq's income from salary will be Tk 6 lakh 20 thousand. Another senior Bangladesh cricketer Mahmudulla

 Riyad is in this plus category. But he has just been put into white ball category.

BCB salary's grading

According to BCB rules, a cricketer who is in two contracts will receive full payment for the highest grade. And for the grade below you will get half. If the grade of the two contracts is equal then that cricketer will get one full amount of money. Get half of the other. And captain will get an extra tk 30 thousand.

Out of BCB central contract

 Shakib Al Hasan has been dropped due to the ban. Mashrafee bin Mortuza, who played the last match in international cricket as captain on March 7, is not in the BCB's central contract. The remaining five players are Imrul Quais, Abu Haider Rony, Syed Khaled Ahmed, Rubel Hossain and Sadman Islam.

Benefits of new BCB contact

Last October, the cricketers demanded an increase in the number of players contracted for the 11-point demand for the movement, and a salary increase. But the BCB did not increase the number or salary of players in the new deal. Yet the income of most players has increased. The BCB has signed a separate contract for red ball and white ball cricket, and the seven players will get their salary from both contracts. Many of those whose contracts are just red or white, many are increasing salaries as grading improves. The average salary increase in the class variance is 25-50%.
